Reliance Jio has announced Jio TV+ at Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020. Jio TV+ is a content aggregator application for Jio set-top-box users which brings popular Over the top (OTT) platforms, TV Channels, various apps and services together.
During the demo of Jio TV+, it is also announced that the content is aggregated from 12 popular OTT platforms which include Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, Sony Liv, Zee5, JioCinema, JioSaavn, Youtube, Eros Now and many other services.
The one of the main feature of Jio TV+ set top box is single login for all OTT platforms instead of managing multiple login credentials. It is much likely single signon for collection of popular OTT platforms.
Jio TV+ set top box is also integrated voice search, which helps to search content across multiple applications and across genres, actors etc.,

May set-top boxes won’t provide applications which connect to the internet, but with Jio TV+ you can install many apps which are available category wise like News, cooking, health etc.,
