Spotify offering 3 months premium subscription for free. Spotify has announced two premium offers for both existing and non existing users.
New users can get 3 months premium subscription for free of worth $9.99/month. For existing users who have cancelled their premium subscription before April 14, 2020 can avail 3 months premium subscription for $9.99, which will be $3.33/month.
Spotify is planning to grow their user base and subscription. In recent announcement it is mentioned that their ad revenue is dropped and so many unsubscriptions due to COVID-19 pandemic. Most of the users reported that they were cancelling because of COVID-19 reason, people are in tight of their budgets due to increase in unemployment rate.
Due to this reason Spotify want on increase their subscriptions and user base, it is offering the premium subscription for free new users and cheaper for existing users.
