Cortana is now allowing you to schedule meetings by a voice commands inside outlook. Microsoft is rolling out a new feature to outlooks called ‘Play my Emails’. This feature will allow you to use voice control to operate your emails and day to day life schedule.
Cortana will allow you to accept or decline meetings as well as set up a meeting with someone. If someone emails you when you are in an important call or meeting, Cortana will suggests you to schedule a meeting during the next available 30-minute time slot on your calendar. Cortana will also suggest an option to select a time to set up a meeting and Cortana allows you to add emails to your task list.
Microsoft released an another update recently about Microsoft surface earbuds that it will allow owners to use Outlook voice commands and navigate their emails by swiping back and forth .
Soon Cortana will also available to integrate with Microsoft Team and lets you to join meeting earlier, schedule meetings and more interesting things.
As of now this Cortana update is available for iOS platform, soon it will be released for Android platform.
